Approve a signing request with a machine stamp
Submits a machine (api-key) stamp approving the payout, wallet setup, payout return or unsupported-coin return. The stamp is base64url({publicKey, scheme, signature}). scheme is required and must be the one this signer is enrolled with, spelled as the envelope value: SIGNATURE_SCHEME_TK_API_P256, SIGNATURE_SCHEME_TK_API_SECP256K1, or SIGNATURE_SCHEME_TK_API_SECP256K1_EIP191 (an EVM wallet personal-message signature). A signer registered without an explicit signatureScheme is enrolled as P-256. A stamp whose scheme is not the enrolled one is refused with 422 SIGNER_CREDENTIAL_SCHEME_NOT_ADMISSIBLE before anything is relayed, so no vote is cast. Conduit verifies the signature locally, resolves it to an active machine signer, checks it authorizes this exact request, and relays it to the signing provider. Idempotent: whether the request is still collecting signatures or already resolved, a (re)submission returns the request’s current state — safe to retry after a timeout. Send an Idempotency-Key header (required on this money-moving route). See Programmatic payout signing for the per-scheme digest and the signature encoding.

Caller-generated unique key that lets the server safely replay this request. The original response is returned for 30 days on any retry with the same key from the same organization, with the response header Idempotency-Replayed: true. Required on every state-changing money-moving or resource-creating POST.

awaiting_signature, quorum_met, declined, expired How many signer stamps this request needs. Fixed when the request was created, so it does not move while you collect.
